The Arkansas Bar Association has filed a petition to amend the rules governing admission to the Arkansas bar and to require that applicants for admission to the bar pass the Multistate Professional Responsibility Examination administered by the National Conference of Bar Examiners. The petition is referred to the Arkansas State Board of Law Examiners for review, comment and recommendation.
