In re Arkansas Bar Association - Petition for Creation of the Arkansas Access to Justice Commission, 355 Ark. App'x 709 (2003) (per curiam); see also In re Arkansas Access to Justice Commission, 2009 Ark. 627 (per curiam) (amending membership provision to allow a retired justice of the Arkansas Supreme Court). We hereby amend, effective immediately, subsection (A) of the provision setting out the Commission's structure (new material underlined). All other provisions remain unchanged.

STRUCTURE

A. The Commission shall consist of fifteen voting members, appointed as provided herein. The initial voting members shall draw their initial terms by lot, so that five members shall serve a one-year term, five shall serve a two-year term, and five shall serve a three-year term. All subsequent appointments of voting members shall be for a term of three years. A voting member may be appointed to serve no more than three successive terms, except for the justice or retired justice of the Arkansas Supreme Court, who shall serve as long as he or she is the Court's liaison.
