MEMORANDUM OPINION
Relator, Arida Management, LLC, has filed a petition for writ of mandamus challenging the trial court's order disqualifying relator's counsel in the underlying proceeding. We deny the petition. We lift the stay issued by this Court on May 6, 2016.
The underlying case is Arida Management, LLC v. AVK Properties, LLC, cause number 82657-CV, pending in the 23rd District Court of Brazoria County, Texas, the Honorable Ben Hardin presiding.
