DECISION AND ORDER ON MOTION

By order dated May 2, 2019, appellant was granted poor person status and assignment of counsel. By letter dated November 6, 2019, counsel requested to be relieved of the assignment due to appellant's failure to communicate. By decision and order dated December 19, 2019, counsel was relieved of the assignment. Thereafter, by letter dated January 7, 2020, appellant was directed to perfect the appeal by February 10, 2020. Appellant failed to perfect the appeal or seek a further extension of time to do so.

Now, therefore, upon the Court's own motion, it is

ORDERED that the appeal is dismissed.
