Opinion

No. 05-08-00179-CV

Opinion issued February 15, 2008.

Original Proceeding from the 254th Judicial District Court, Dallas County, Texas, Trial Court Cause No. 07-04148.

Before Justices MORRIS, RICHTER, and MAZZANT.

MEMORANDUM OPINION

Relator contends the trial court's November 12, 2007 "Order in Suit Affecting the Parent-Child Relationship" is void. The facts and issues are well known to the parties, so we need not recount them herein. Based on the record before us, we conclude relator has not shown she is entitled to the relief requested. See Tex. R. App. P. 52.8(a); In re Prudential Ins. Co. of Am., 148 S.W.3d 124, 135-36 (Tex. 2004). Accordingly, we DENY relator's petition for writ of mandamus.
