Original Mandamus Proceeding

This proceeding arises out of Cause No. 2014-CI-10796, styled Ardmor, Inc., Texas Ardmor Properties, LP and Texas Ardmor Management, LLC v. Lockhill Ventures, LLC and City of Shavano Park, pending in the 407th Judicial District Court, Bexar County, Texas, the Honorable Renée Yanta presiding. --------

ORDER

Sitting: Karen Angelini, Justice Rebeca C. Martinez, Justice Patricia O. Alvarez, Justice

On July 21, 2016, Relators filed a petition for writ of mandamus and motion for emergency stay pending a ruling on the mandamus petition. The court has considered the petition for writ of mandamus and is of the opinion that Relators are not entitled to the relief sought. Accordingly, the petition for writ of mandamus and motion for emergency stay are DENIED. See TEX. R. APP. P. 52.8(a). The court's opinion will issue at a later date.

It is so ORDERED on July 22, 2016.
