Opinion

We make the following appointments to the Arkansas State Board of Law Examiners. The respective terms are set to comply with the provisions of our per curiam order of September 30, 1999.

Timothy F. Watson, Sr., from the First Congressional District, is appointed to a six year term ending September 30, 2007. He replaces Randy Philhours.

Katherine C. Gay, from the Third Congressional District, is appointed to a five year term ending September 30, 2006. She replaces Matthew Horan.

Floyd M. Thomas, Jr., is an at-large appointee for a six year term ending September 30, 2007. He replaces Bill Bridgforth.

The Court thanks Randy F. Philhours, Matthew Horan, and William C. "Bill" Bridgforth for their many years of service to the Arkansas State Board of Law Examiners.

The Court extends appreciation to Timothy F. Watson, Sr., Katherine C. Gay, and Floyd M. Thomas, Jr., for their acceptance of appointment to this important Board.
