Opinion Delivered December 12, 2002


The Court appoints Lisa G. Peters of Little Rock to the Arkansas State Board of Law Examiners. Mrs. Peters shall be a representative of the Second Congressional District and will serve a six (6) year term concluding on September 30, 2008. We thank Mrs. Peters for her willingness to serve on this important Board.

Mrs. Peters will succeed the Honorable Wiley Branton, Jr., whose appointment concluded on September 30, 2002. We convey our appreciation to Judge Branton for his years of service to the Arkansas State Board of Law Examiners.
