IN THE INTEREST OF A.R., B.R. AND H.R., CHILDREN

On Appeal from the 302nd Judicial District Court Dallas County, Texas Trial Court Cause No. DF-20-14653.

ORDER

ROBERT D. BURNS, III, CHIEF JUSTICE.

The reporter's record in this case is overdue. By postcard dated April 2, 2024, we notified Melva Key, Official Court Reporter for the 302nd Judicial District Court, that the reporter's record was overdue. We directed Ms. Key to file the record within thirty days. By order dated June 10, 2024, we again informed

Ms. Key the reporter's record was overdue and ordered her to file either the (1) the reporter's record; (2) written verification that no hearings were recorded; (3) written verification that appellant has not requested preparation of the reporter's record, or (4) written verification appellant has not paid for or made payment arrangements for the record and is not entitled to proceed without payment of costs. To date, the reporter's record has not been filed nor has Ms. Key corresponded with the Court regarding the status of the reporter's record.

This appeal cannot proceed until the issue of the reporter's record is resolved. Accordingly, we ORDER Court Reporter Melva Key to file, within FIFTEEN DAYS of the date of this order, either (1) the reporter's record; (2) written verification that no hearings were recorded; (3) written verification that appellant has not requested preparation of the reporter's record, or (4) written verification appellant has not paid for or made payment arrangements for the record and is not entitled to proceed without payment of costs.

We expressly CAUTION Ms. Key that failure to comply with this order will result in this Court abating the case for a hearing to determine the status of the reporter's record and an order that Ms. Key not sit as a court reporter until such time as she complies with the Court's orders.

We DIRECT the Clerk to send copies of this order to:
