In the Matter of Appointments to the Indiana Judges and Lawyers Assistance Program Committee
ORDER APPOINTING NEW JLAP COMMITTEE MEMBERS

The Indiana Judges and Lawyers Assistance Program ("JLAP") provides confidential assistance to judges, lawyers, and law students experiencing any issue which may impact their quality of life or ability to practice law. The JLAP Committee oversees JLAP's work. The Supreme Court appoints the members of the JLAP Committee under the authority of Indiana Admission and Discipline Rule 31.
The Court notes its sincerest thanks to the Honorable Marc R. Kellams. Prior to his death in July of this year, he was a committed JLAP volunteer, committee member, and chair of the JLAP Committee. His term was set to expire on December 31, 2022.
The Court hereby appoints the Honorable Steven H. David to the JLAP Committee for a term commencing January 1, 2023, and ending December 31, 2025, or when a successor is appointed.
Further, the Court hereby reappoints the Honorable Matthew P. Brookman, the Honorable Darrin M. Dolehanty, Inge Van der Cruysse, Robert W. Jonas, Jr., and Teresa McKeethen to terms commencing January 1, 2023, and ending December 31, 2025, or when their successors are appointed.
