ORDER APPOINTING MEMBERS TO THE INDIANA SUPREME COURT COMMITTEE ON RULES OF PRACTICE AND PROCEDURE

This Court notes that the regular terms of Rules Committee members the Honorable Jeffery J. Dywan and Mr. Theodore F. Smith, Jr. expired effective June 30, 2012. As their replacements, this Court now appoints the Honorable Calvin D. Hawkins and Mr. Perry Gregory Cross to terms on the Supreme Court Committee on Rules of Practice and Procedure, effective July 1, 2012. Each term will expire June 30, 2017.
