ORDER OF APPOINTMENT

The Court Improvement Program ("CIP") is a federally funded program made possible by grants awarded to the Indiana Supreme Court from the United States Department of Health and Human Services, Administration for Children, Youth and Families. The purpose of the CIP is to improve the judicial system for children and families involved in the child welfare system.
The Court has established a CIP Executive Committee to supervise the operation of the program in Indiana. Since its creation, one more justices have served as liaison representatives to the Executive Committee. Effective immediately and until further order of this Court, the Court APPOINTS Justices Steven David and Loretta H. Rush to serve as the Court's liaison representatives to the CIP Executive Committee. In addition, effective immediately and until further order of this Court, the Court APPOINTS the Honorable Christopher L. Burnham, Chair of the Juvenile Justice Improvement Committee of the Judicial Conference of Indiana and Judge of the Morgan Superior Court, to serve as a member of the CIP Executive Committee.
The Clerk is directed to send a copy of this order to the Hon. Steven David; to the Hon. Loretta H. Rush; to the Hon. Christopher L. Burnham; to Lilia Judson, Executive Director of the Division of State Court Administration; to Jane Seigel, Executive Director of the Indiana Judicial Center; to Angela Reid-Brown, staff attorney for the Indiana Judicial Center; and to the Indiana Supreme Court Administration Office. The Clerk is also directed to post this Order to the Court's website.
