An Article 78 petition having been brought to this Court seeking a judgment, pursuant to CPLR 7801 and 7803(1), directing that the Family Court, New York County accept for filing and provide for service of a notice of petition previously filed in that court on or about November 10, 2020, and issuing a judgment directing the Supreme Court, New York County, to accept for filing and provide for service, a notice of petition, previously filed in that court on or about March 9, 2021, Now, upon reading and filing the notice of withdrawal of petition dated May 25, 2021, and the stipulation of discontinuance, dated June 9, 2021, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the petition is deemed withdrawn in accordance with the aforesaid notice and stipulation.
