Taxation — Appeals from State Board of Equalization — Statutory Procedure Mandatory.

The syllabus in the case of In re Appeal of Texas, Oklahoma Eastern Railroad Company, No. 23100, 163 Okla. 25, 20 P.2d 878, is hereby adopted as the syllabus in this case.

Appeal from Order of State Board of Equalization.

Appeal from the order increasing the assessment of valuation of the Oklahoma Rich Mountain Railroad Company. Dismissed.
