In accordance with the Arizona Code of Judicial Administration § 6-114, which established the Committee on Probation, the Chief Justice is responsible for appointing members to the Committee on Probation. Therefore, after due consideration,

IT IS ORDERED that the individuals listed below are appointed to the Committee on Probation for terms beginning upon signature of this Order and ending on September 30, 2011.
