DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

On the Court's own motion, it is

ORDERED that the order on certification of this Court dated December 10, 2021, in the above-entitled case is recalled and vacated, and the following order on certification is substituted therefor:

Appeals by Alicia Jagnarain from three orders of the Family Court, Nassau County, all dated February 17, 2021. Pursuant to Family Court Act §§ 1118 and 1120, and upon the certification of Joseph A. Fredericks, dated December 6, 2021, it is

ORDERED that pursuant to Family Court Act § 1120, the following named attorney is assigned as the attorney for the child on the appeals:

Kenneth M. Tuccillo 591 Warburton Ave., #576 Hastings-on-Hudson, NY 10706 914-439-4843 and it is further,

ORDERED that Joseph A. Fredericks is directed to turn over all papers in the proceeding to the new attorney for the child herein assigned.
