IN RE ANONYMOUS JUDGE Before the Judicial Tenure Commission

Order

On order of the Court, the petition for interim suspension is considered. We DIRECT the Judicial Tenure Commission (JTC) to file a supplemental brief within 14 days after the date of this order addressing: (1) the specific "extraordinary circumstances" it asserts that warrant an interim suspension under MCR 9.225(A)(2) in this case; (2) whether the schedule set forth in paragraph 95 of the petition (a) suffices to provide an approximate date, per MCL 9.225(A)(2), on which the JTC will submit its final recommendation to the Court, and (b) satisfies the requirements of MCR 9.225(A)(2) that "the processing of the case shall be expedited in the commission and in the Supreme Court"; and (3) whether it is reasonably likely that this matter will be concluded before the end of the respondent Judge's term in office, and if not, whether an interim suspension is appropriate in these circumstances.

The petition for interim suspension remains pending.
