Respondent-appellant having moved for an enlargement of time in which to perfect the appeal taken from a Fact-Finding Order and an Order of Disposition of the Family Court, Bronx County, entered on or about February 4, 2016 and April 4, 2016, respectively, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of enlarging the time to perfect the appeal to the October 2017 Term.
