The petition by the respondent mother for certification for appeal from the Appellate Court, 154 Conn.App. 177, 104 A.3d 805 (2014), is granted, limited to the following issues:

“1. Did the Appellate Court properly affirm the trial court's judgment terminating the respondent's parental rights after finding that the Department of Children and Families had made reasonable efforts to reunify the respondent with her daughter?

“2. Did the Appellate Court properly affirm the trial court's determination that the respondent was unable to benefit from reunification efforts?”
