Respondent's ADDENDUM TO JOINT STIPULATIONS OF FACT
TO THE HONORABLE, THE JUDGES OF SAID COURT:
AND NOW, this 23 Day of October , 2018 comes the Hon. Andrew M. Hladio, Magisterial District Judge, by his attorney, Heidi F. Eakin, COSTOPOULOS, FOSTER & FIELDS, and respectfully submits the following addendum to the Joint Stipulations of Fact follows:
1. Judge Hladio has a disability, is not able to walk, and is wheel chair bound.
2. Judge Hladio has agreed to the Joint Stipulations of Fact as presented by the Board understanding as proposed, the witness' would testify at trial to the substance of the allegations as stated. Judge Hladio specifically adopts his responses to the Complaint as presented in his answers to the NOFI petitions contained in Board Exhibits, 8, 10, 18, 19, 37, and 38.
