Motion to strike record on appeal, appellant's brief and appendix, and intervenor-appellant's brief, and for extension of time to file respondent's brief.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion to strike the record on appeal, the appellant's brief and appendix, and the intervenor-appellant's brief is denied, without costs, and without prejudice to the issues involved being raised upon the argument of the appeal, and it is further

ORDERED that the motion for an extension the time to file respondent's brief is granted, without costs, and the time is extended to December 10, 2021.
