MEMORANDUM OPINION
Upon consideration of: (1) the Court's order dated August 9, 2017 with respect to the Debtors' Motion for Sanction Against Toyota Motor Credit Corp. [Doc. No. 41], directing Attorney Michelle Kainen, as counsel to the Chapter 13 debtors, to file a statement of attorney's fees; (2) the Statement of Attorney's Fees [Doc. No. 48] filed by Attorney Kainen; and (3) the response filed by creditor Toyota Motor Credit Corp., and for the reasons stated on the record on August 9, 2017, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED:
1. The Debtors' Motion for Sanctions is granted ; and
2. The Court awards Attorney Kainen fees in the amount of $3 ,493.75 .
