In re Petition for Reinstatement to the Practice of Law of William Thomas Anderson, Registration No. 388198.
ORDER
On February 27, 2014, we administratively suspended petitioner William Thomas Anderson from the practice of law under Rule 30, Rules on Lawyers Professional Responsibility, for failing to pay child support. Petitioner has filed with this court an affidavit stating that he now has a payment plan with Dakota County for payment of his child support arrears and requesting reinstatement. The Director of the Office of Lawyers Professional Responsibility does not object to petitioner's reinstatement to the practice of law.
Based upon all the files, records, and proceedings herein,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that William Thomas Anderson is reinstated to the practice of law in the State of Minnesota.
