MEMORANDUM OPINION

In his petition for writ of mandamus, relator complains that the trial court refused to hear his motion for shock probation. The record filed with this petition indicates the relator has already served his sentence. Accordingly, we DISMISS relator's petition for writ of mandamus as moot. See Tex. R. App. P. 52.3.
