THIS DOCUMENT RELATES TO: MELANIE PROCACCINI, NO. 1:94-5017-RV-C ORDER


On April 12, 2001, the court entered final judgment on plaintiff Melanie Procaccini's claims against defendants Warrior Gulf Navigation Company and Willie Odom, thereby leaving CSX Transportation, Inc. as the only remaining defendant.

On May 3, 2001, plaintiff filed a "Satisfaction of Judgment," (doc. 1872 in Master File No. 1:94-5000-RV-C; doc. 127 in Individual File No. 1:94-5017-RV-C). In accordance with the parties' "Stipulation," (doc. 1681 in Master File No. 1:94-5000-RV-C), it is

ORDERED that plaintiff Melanie Procaccini's claims against CSX Transportation, Inc. are DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE, and CSX Transportation, Inc. is DISMISSED as a party to this litigation.

There being no remaining claims, this action is DISMISSED IN ITS ENTIRETY WITH PREJUDICE.
