MOTION DECISION
HECTOR D. LASALLE, P.J., WILLIAM F. MASTRO, REINALDO E. RIVERA, MARK C. DILLON, FRANCESCA E. CONNOLLY, JJ.
DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION
Motion by Scott D. Amoros, inter alia, for reinstatement to the Bar as an attorney and counselor-at-law. Mr. Amoros was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on February 26, 1986, under the name Scott David Amoros. By decision and order on motion dated May 9, 1995, this Court, inter alia, immediately suspended Mr. Amoros from the practice of law, pursuant to former 22 NYCRR 691.4(1), based upon uncontroverted evidence of acts of professional misconduct, authorized the Grievance Committee for the Tenth Judicial District to institute a disciplinary proceeding, and referred the issues raised to the Honorable Lester Sacks as Special Referee, to hear and report. By opinion and order of this Court dated November 27, 1995, Mr. Amoros was disbarred, effective immediately, upon his default, and his name was stricken from the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
We find that Scott D. Amoros does not demonstrate the requisite fitness and character to practice law.
LASALLE, P.J., MASTRO, RIVERA, DILLON, and CONNOLLY, JJ., concur.
