Intervenor and Appellant Frederick J. Keitel 1, III has filed a second motion for extension of time to file his opening brief.
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Appellant has until November 6, 2023, to file his opening brief.
No further extensions will be granted. If the brief is not filed by November 7, 2023, this matter will be dismissed with prejudice.
