No. 05-10-00768-CV

Opinion Filed July 12, 2010.

Original Proceeding from the 160th Judicial District Court, Dallas County, Texas, Trial Court Cause No. DC-09-02746.

Before Justices MORRIS, RICHTER, and MURPHY.

MEMORANDUM OPINION

Relator contends the trial court erred in failing to serve process on the defendant in his tort action and in failing to allow relator to announce ready for trial via telephone. Relator has failed to bring forth a record showing he is entitled to the relief requested. See Tex. R. App. P. 52.3(g), 52.3(h), 52.7, and 52.8(a); Walker v. Packer, 827 S.W.2d 833, 839-40 (Tex. 1992). Accordingly, we DENY relator's petition for writ of mandamus.
