An order having been entered on June 16, 2022, granting respondent-appellant's application to perfect an appeal taken herein as a poor person and assigning Philip Rothschild, Esq., as counsel to perfect the appeal, Now, upon reading and filing the statement of Piotr Banasiak, Esq., dated June 17, 2022, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is hereby ORDERED that Veronica Reed, Esq., 2320 Nott Street East, Suite 9591, Schenectady, New York 12309, is hereby substituted as counsel to conduct the above-entitled appeal taken from an order of the Family Court, Onondaga County, entered March 28, 2022, in place and stead of Philip Rothschild, Esq., and
It is further ORDERED that the Onondaga County Family Court Clerk provide Philip Rothschild, Esq. with copies of all papers and transcripts of stenographic or audiotaped minutes, if any, of the proceedings upon which the appeal is based.
