ORDER GRANTING DEBTORS' OBJECTION TO CLAIM OF GEM CLIP GROUP


This matter came before the Court upon the Debtors' Objection (the "Objection") to Claim of Gem Clip Group (the "Claimant"). The Court having considered the Objection and the agreement reached between the Debtors and the Claimant, as reflected by their presentation of this Agreed Order, and it appearing to the Court that the claim should be allowed and treated as set forth herein,

IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the claim of Gem Clip Group is hereby allowed in the amount of $120,000.00 as an unsecured, nonpriority claim to be treated in Class 8 pursuant to the Plan.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Gem Clip Group shall not be entitled to any other claims (whether reflected any Proof of Claim or otherwise) in connection with this substantively consolidated bankruptcy case except as specifically set forth in this Order.
