ORDER


On the motion of the debtors to reject the Warrant Agreement and to quantify rejection damages claims filed July 11, 2003, IT IS ORDERED that the debtors shall give notice to all known Warrant holders and other parties in interest consistent with LBR 9013-1. The notice shall recite that the debtors intend to treat the Warrant Agreement as an executory contract, the debtors are rejecting that executory contract and that the debtors fix the rejection damage claim as $0.00. Warrant holders and other parties receiving notice shall have 20 days in which to object to the debtors' motion. If no timely objections are filed, the motion will be considered to be unopposed and the debtors may submit an appropriate order granting the relief requested. If a timely objection is filed, the hearing on that objection will be held on the 26th day of August 2003 at 900 a.m. in Courtroom 1, Customs House, 701 Broadway, Nashville, Tennessee.

IT IS SO ORDERED.
