Original Mandamus Proceeding Arising from the 229th Judicial District Court, Duval County, Texas, Trial Court No. DC-02-56, Honorable Alex W. Gabert, Judge Presiding

PETITION OF WRIT OF MANDAMUS DENIED.

MEMORANDUM OPINION

Relator contends the trial judge erred in denying a motion to sever and abate. The facts of this original proceeding are known to the parties so we do not recite them here. Based on the record presented, we conclude that relator has failed to show it has no adequate remedy at law. Accordingly, relator's petition for writ of mandamus is denied.
