Upon consideration of the STIPULATION BETWEEN THE OFFICE OF THE UNITED STATES TRUSTEE AND THE EQUITY COMMITTEE RE: EFFECTIVE DATE OF THE TERMINATION OF THE EQUITY COMMITTEE, and other good cause appearing therefore, it is hereby ORDERED:

That the duties and responsibilities of the Equity Committee shall be deemed to have terminated on the Effective Date of the Plan as that term is defined in the Plan, to wit March 15, 2004.
