The Task Force on Substance Abuse and Mental Health Issues in the Court's Motion for Rehearing is hereby stricken as unauthorized.

However, the Court is confident that The Florida Bar's Rules of Judicial Administration Committee will propose any fast-track amendments to the Florida Rules of Judicial Administration that may be warranted by new legislation. A True Copy
