IN RE EDSON OMAR AMARO, A MINOR, BY AND THROUGH HIS NEXT FRIEND PEDRO AMARA, AND PEDRO AMARO, INDIVIDUALLY

On Petition for Writ of Mandamus.

ORDER

Before Justices Rodriguez, Benavides, and Hinojosa
Per Curiam Order

Relators, Edson Omar Amaro, a minor, by and through his next friend Pedro Amaro, and Pedro Amaro, individually, filed a petition for writ of mandamus in this cause on April 12, 2017. Through this original proceeding, relators seek to compel the trial court to vacate an order of consolidation and to issue an order dismissing the underlying lawsuit in accordance with relators' motion for nonsuit.

The Court requests that the real parties in interest, Dustin Cook, Matias Pena Jr. and Matias Pena Jr. d/b/a Pena Farms, or any others whose interest would be directly affected by the relief sought, file a response to the petition for writ of mandamus on or before the expiration of ten days from the date of this order. See TEX. R. APP. P. 52.2, 52.4, 52.8.

IT IS SO ORDERED.

PER CURIAM Delivered and filed the 21st day of April, 2017.
