IN THE INTEREST OF A.M.

From the 224th Judicial District Court, Bexar County, Texas
Trial Court No. 2015-CI-05876
Honorable Renée Yanta, Judge Presiding

ORDER

Sitting: Sandee Bryan Marion, Chief Justice Marialyn Barnard, Justice Patricia O. Alvarez, Justice

Our opinion issued in this appeal on April 12, 2017. After our opinion issued, the appellee filed a brief which we construe as a motion for rehearing. In the motion, appellee requests that the trial court's order be modified based on a change of circumstances that occurred after the date of the order. The motion is DENIED. As this court noted in footnote one in our opinion, "[t]his court only has jurisdiction to review the trial court's order based on the evidence presented at the hearing and contained in the appellate record. Only the trial court has jurisdiction to modify its order based on subsequent events or changes in circumstances."

Sandee Bryan Marion, Chief Justice

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and affixed the seal of the said court on this 10th day of May, 2017.
