On Appeal from the 368th District Court Williamson County, Texas Trial Court No. 19-3679-FC1, Honorable Daniel H. Mills, Presiding

Before QUINN, C.J., and PARKER and DOSS, JJ.

MEMORANDUM OPINION

PER CURIAM

Appellant Mohammad Q. Mahmood, proceeding pro se, appeals from the trial court's order signed on December 6, 2021. Mahmood's brief was originally due May 11, 2022, but was not filed. By letter of May 18, 2022, we notified Mahmood that the appeal was subject to dismissal for want of prosecution, without further notice, if a brief was not received by May 31, 2022. To date, Mahmood has not filed a brief nor had any further communication with this Court.

Originally appealed to the Third Court of Appeals, this appeal was transferred to this Court by the Texas Supreme Court pursuant to its docket equalizations efforts. See Tex. Gov't Code Ann. § 73.001.

Accordingly, we dismiss the appeal for want of prosecution. See Tex. R. App. P. 38.8(a)(1), 42.3(b).
