ORDER
The Disciplinary Review Board having filed with the Court its decision in DRB 24-006, recommending that Athena Dulice Alsobrook of South Orange, who was admitted to the bar of this State in 1987, should be censured for violating RPC 1.15(a) (engaging in commingling and negligent misappropriation of client funds) (two instances), RPC 1.15(d) (failing to comply with the recordkeeping requirements of Rule 1:21-6), and RPC 5.5(a)(1) (engaging in the unauthorized practice of law by failing to maintain liability insurance while practicing as a limited liability company, as Rule 1:21-1B(a)(4) requires); and The Disciplinary Review Board having further recommended that respondent be required to (1) complete a recordkeeping course pre-approved by the Office of Attorney Ethics within ninety days of this order, and (2) submit to the Office of Attorney Ethics monthly reconciliations of respondent’s attorney accounts, on a quarterly basis, for two years;
And good cause appearing;
It is ORDERED that Athena Dulice Alsobrook is hereby censured; and it is further
ORDERED that respondent shall (1) complete a recordkeeping course pre-approved by the Office of Attorney Ethics within ninety days, and (2) submit to the Office of Attorney Ethics monthly reconciliations of respondent’s attorney accounts, on a quarterly basis, for two years; and it is further
ORDERED that the entire record of this matter be made a permanent part of respondent’s file as an attorney at law of this State; and it is further
ORDERED that respondent reimburse the Disciplinary Oversight Committee for appropriate administrative costs and actual expenses incurred in the prosecution of this matter, as provided in Rule 1:20-17.
