ORDER ON TRUSTEE'S MOTION FOR APPROVAL OF AGREEMENT TO ASSIGN LITIGATION CLAIMS

The Court has considered the arguments made and reviewed the authorities cited by counsel for the Waltz Parties. Upon reflection, the Court is persuaded that the proposed assignment of the litigation is a reasonable exercise of the Trustee's business judgment under the circumstances of this bankruptcy case. The Motion for Approval of Agreement to Assign Litigation Claims is hereby granted.
