DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeal by Administration for Children's Services from a decision of the Family Court, Kings County, dated September 30, 2021. Motion by the petitioner-appellant, inter alia, to stay enforcement of the decision and to continue the remand of the subject children to its care and custody, pending hearing and determination of the appeal.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the notice of appeal from the decision is deemed to be a notice of appeal from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, also dated September 30, 2021 (see CPLR 5512[a]); and it is further, ORDERED that the motion is denied.
