Opinion

No. 05-03-00564-CV.

Opinion issued April 23, 2003.

Original Proceeding from the 116th Judicial District Court, Dallas County, Texas, Trial Court Cause No. 00-10207-F.

Writ of Mandamus Denied.

Before Justices WHITTINGTON, O'NEILL, and LANG.

MEMORANDUM OPINION

Relator contends the trial judge erred in ordering it to pay $ 16,000 to real party in interest to reimburse it for the cost of a document sought by relator in a request for production filed in the underlying case. The facts of this original proceeding are known to the parties so we do not recite them here. Further, because all dispositive issues are clearly settled in law, we issue this memorandum opinion pursuant to rule 52.8(d) of the Texas Rules of Appellate Procedure. See Tex.R.App.P. 52.8(d). Based on the record and petition presented, we conclude the relator has not shown itself entitled to the relief requested. Accordingly, we DENY relator's petition for writ of mandamus. See Tex.R.App.P. 52.8.
