ORDER MODIFYING OPINION AND DENYING PETITION FOR REHEARING; NO CHANGE IN JUDGMENT

O’LEARY, P. J.

It is ordered that the opinion filed herein on May 1, 2012, be modified as follows:

1. On page 8, the second sentence of the second full paragraph is deleted and replaced with the following:

“The juvenile court heard Alexis’s testimony that he did not struggle or resist arrest.”

This modification does not effect a change in judgment.

The petition for rehearing is DENIED.
