OF ORDER DENYING APPROVAL OF DISCLOSURE STATEMENT

Upon consideration of the Fourth Stipulation Providing The Patapsco Bank an Extension of Time Within Which to Respond to the Motion of Alexander Properties, L.L.C. for Stay Pending Appeal of the Order Denying Approval of Disclosure Statement (the "Third Stipulation") filed herein by The Patapsco Bank ("Patapsco Bank"), and with the consent of the Debtor, Alexander Properties, L.L.C., it is by the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Maryland, hereby

ORDERED, that the Fourth Stipulation is GRANTED in its entirety; and it is further

ORDERED, that the deadline within which Patapsco Bank may file a response to the Motion of Alexander Properties, L.L.C. for Stay Pending Appeal of the Order Denying Approval of Disclosure Statement is extended further to February 10, 2012. cc: Michael C. Bolesta
