IN THE INTEREST OF A.L.D. B., A CHILD

On Appeal from the 304th Judicial District Court Dallas County, Texas Trial Court Cause No. JC-20-910-W

ORDER

BILL PEDERSEN, III JUSTICE

The reporter's record in this accelerated appeal from a parental termination case has not been filed despite appellant requesting it March 22, 2022 and the Official Court Reporter for the 304th Judicial District Court, Marty Grant, being directed to file it by April 15 after she missed the original April 1 deadline. See Tex. R. App. P. 35.1(b). Accordingly, we ORDER Ms. Grant to file the reporter's record no later than May 9, 2022. Because the clerk's record reflects appellant is entitled to proceed without costs, Ms. Grant shall file the record without prepayment of her fee.

We caution Ms. Grant that extensions will not be granted absent exigent circumstances. To ensure Ms. Grant meets the deadline, the trial court shall arrange for a substitute reporter if necessary. See id. 28.4(b)(1).

We DIRECT the Clerk of the Court to send a copy of this order to the Honorable Andrea Martin Lane, Presiding Judge of the 304th Judicial District Court; Ms. Grant; and the parties.
