IN THE INTEREST OF A.K.K., E.H.K., M.L.K. AND L.J.K., CHILDREN
On Appeal from the 296th Judicial District Court Collin County, Texas Trial Court Cause No. 296-54586-2022
Before Chief Justice Burns, Justice Molberg, and Justice Pedersen,
MEMORANDUM OPINION
ROBERT D. BURNS, III CHIEF JUSTICE
Appellant's brief in this appeal is overdue. After appellant's counsel withdrew from representing appellant in this appeal, on our own motion, we extended the time to file appellant's brief from October 16, 2024 to November 15, 2024. By postcard dated November 18, 2024, we informed appellant his brief was overdue and directed appellant to file a brief within ten days. We cautioned appellant that failure to do so would result in the dismissal of this appeal without further notice. See TEX. R. APP. P. 38.8(a)(1). To date, appellant has not filed a brief nor otherwise corresponded with the Court regarding the status of this appeal.
Accordingly, we dismiss this appeal. See TEX. R. APP. P. 38.8 (a)(1); 42.3(b), (c).
JUDGMENT
In accordance with this Court's opinion of this date, the appeal is DISMISSED.
