Original Proceeding on Petition for Writ of Mandamus

MEMORANDUM OPINION

Relator, A.J., has filed a petition for writ of mandamus seeking to compel the trial court to rule on relator's pending "Motion for Costs." The pending motion, filed on June 25, 2020, requests "an order authorizing the production of transcripts, records, and other relief as required under TRCP 145 for indigents without charge to [relator]." We deny the petition.

The underlying case is In the Interest of P.J., G.J., S.C., H.A., and C.C., Children, cause number 2019-68744, pending in the 246th District Court of Harris County, Texas, the Honorable Angele Graves-Harrington presiding.
