          STIPULATION TO CONTINUE DEFENDANTS MOTION TO DISMISS FOR LACK OF SUBJECT MATTER JURISDICTION AND [PROPOSED] ORDER THEREON

         IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED by and between Plaintiffs, THE ESTATE OF PRAMOD PODDAR, by and through its Successor in Interest, SANGEETA PODDAR; SANGEETA PODDAR, individually; GAURAV PODDAR and ANKIT PODDAR, by and through their Guardian Ad Litem, SANGEETA PODDAR ("The Poddar Family"), and Defendant, SINGAPORE AIRLINES, LTD. (SIA), through their respective counsel of record, that Defendant's Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Subject Matter Jurisdiction, on the Court's calendar for TUESDAY, JUNE 29, 2004, be continued to FRIDAY, JULY 9, 2004, at 9:30 a.m. in the courtroom of the Hon. Gary Allen Fees, Judge.

         [PROPOSED] ORDER

         Based upon the foregoing Stipulation, it is hereby ordered that Defendant's Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Subject Matter Jurisdiction is continued to JULY 9, 2004, 9:30 a.m.
