STIPULATION OF DISMISSAL


COMES NOW the Truckers Trust, by and through Counsel, and files this Stipulation of Dismissal signed by both parties pursuant to Federal Bankruptcy Rule 7041(a)(1)(ii). The parties, having voluntarily agreed to and effectuated a settlement of the case, now jointly move this Court for dismissal and request that the Court dismiss the case with prejudice. SO ORDERED.
