STIPULATION TO EXTEND TIME FOR FASTRUCKING.COM, LLC TO RESPOND TO THE LITIGATION TRUSTEE'S PRECAUTIONARY OBJECTION TO ALLOWANCE OF CERTAIN CLAIMS OF FASTRUCKING.COM, LLC


Fastrucking.com, LLC and the Litigation Trustee, by their undersigned attorneys, hereby stipulate and agree that Fastrucking.com, LLC shall have until May 18, 2008 to file a Memorandum in Opposition to the Litigation Trustee's Precautionary Objection to Allowance of Certain Claims of Fastrucking.com, LLC.
