STIPULATION TO EXTEND TIME FOR GUARANTEED TO RESPOND TO DISCOVERY AND THE MOTION FOR SUMMARY JUDGMENT FILED BY TRUCKERS TRUST


Guaranteed Air Freight Forwarding, Inc. ("Guaranteed") and the Truckers Trust (the "Trust"), by their undersigned attorneys, hereby stipulate and agree that Guaranteed shall have until July 20, 2007 to respond to the Trust's Discovery and to file a response to the Motion for Summary Judgment filed by the Trust [Docket Entry 34].
